The last couple of days are almost as hectic as the first week. Lots of last minute things to get done.
When we got here they did a blood draw and based on the results and medical history a protocol was established for the three weeks, including supplements and therapies and how often to implant/enema and even what foods to eat. Another blood draw is done the last week and the nurse sits down with you to do a comparison. All my levels have improved and look great except for white blood cells which seem to be attacking a bacteria or infection. This could be the cancer or even the stent in my bile duct. The stent will be looked at in Houston next week, as well as the tumor.
Several blog followers have asked me to keep this going even after I leave the Institute so God willing and the creek don't rise, I will do that.
Today is graduation day and we are suppose to dress up and give a speech. Mine will be short and sweet, guaranteed. There are quite a few of us and it gets very emotional. I went to the one last week and boo hoo'd through the entire thing. When did I become such a cry baby? Oh well, it is probably a good cleansing.
This has been an eye opening experience and one I wish everyone could do. It is refreshing to know that more and more people are becoming aware that the FDA is not on the side of the consumer and they are starting to eat a more healthy diet. Just because it is approved does not mean it is good for you. I have heard it said that if you can't pronounce it, don't eat it. Probably good advice.
It is sad that cancer is becoming an epidemic and a huge business.
Oops, don't want to get self-righteous or stand on a soap box, just saying....
