Three weeks have gone by and at times I thought I would not make it through and now it seems like I just got here yesterday.
We had a graduation, complete with diplomas and speeches and lot of tears. As with any intense program, people share a common experience and share themselves in ways they can't do normally.
At the end of the graduation, a short squatty disheveled lady announced that she would give us a half hour of her time to teach us how to self hypnotize ourselves. It turns out that she is world renowned and has been a guest on Oprah's show and actually Oprah is one of her many celebrity clients. What was suppose to be a half hour ended up being three hours of the most entertaining and engrossing demonstrations I have ever attended. We were all captivated.

Debbie Papadakis www.hypno-healing.com She was the icing on the cake, so to speak.
After such a great evening of letting go of pains and anger and just having fun, I was awakened at 4am by an alarm. I thought it was an alarm clock, but it just would not stop and it had a very irritating noise. It continued on and on and caused me to have vertigo seizures which led to violent vomiting. I couldn't believe it. After about two hours of suffering and wondering if I would be able to finish packing and make the flight home, I called the night nurse for help. I could not get out of bed without falling over.
The nurse, the same person who brought me ice cream on another night, knew exactly what to do. She gave me some ginger and I fell back to sleep for an hour. I woke up tired and drained and the vertigo was gone. Whew! It turns out the alarm was from a motorcycle that one of the guests left outside the house. He was staying somewhere else in his camper and was quite unconcerned when he was told about it. So much for my anger issues, because I wanted to punch his lights out.
Things got better and I made it to the airport. I had to carry my sprouts and food with me and the next challenge was the x-ray machines. I did not want my food radiated, it would defeat the purpose of raw living food. After two guys said "no we can't do that", I found a lady who said she would hand inspect my grocery bag.
Now I am sitting comfortably on the plane with a psychologist and his Shih-Tzu dog, Daisy, on my way home. What a journey...
