I get an "A" in detoxing! Hopefully I will get to the other side soon. Whew! Certainly ya'll must be tired of reading about it.
Thought I would share some of the routine. It takes at least two hours to get out the door each day.
I start with 20 minutes of meditation, Heart and body willing. I peddle my bike to the juice bar (about 2 miles roundtrip) for a 2 oz drink of wheatgrass and a jar full of juice for implanting. I get to the juice bar around 5:30am to beat the rush. Next I lay out the 22 supplements that I take throughout the morning routine. I find them a little hard to swallow all at once. I then enjoy (I really am full of it) my enema and implant, this is getting easier, thank God. Finish that up with an application of coconut for my sore butt.
By now you are saying "Thank you for sharing", but wait there is more...
Still need to do the regular routine: skin brushing, to remove dead cells, followed by a shower. Apply oils, brush teeth, scrape tongue, dry hair, skip makeup, get dresssed. Check schedule, and head out the door. I hop on my bike for the 1.5 mile ride to the center, where a breakfast of fresh lemon juice awaits.
Repeat again before going to bed.
The day is filled with lectures and therapies. If the detox monster doesn't keep you in bed, sometimes I just sit there nodding my head and hoping some information seeps into my mottled brain.
Today we had a cooking demonatration and learned more about food combining and making some delicious soups and hummus crackers.
